Guidelines & Regulations

Daily Routine

All students must possess identity card, school diary, textbooks, notebooks and relevant stationery everyday.
All students must come to school in neat and tidy uniform.
Any material (magazines, mobiles, etc.) not relevant to everyday studies will be confiscated if brought to school.
Working hours are 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM (subject to management decision).
Make it a habit to read the Notice Board daily.

Academics

Admission is on the basis of a written test that may be followed by an interview.
Students must obey their House Captain and other volunteers on duty.
School bus users must follow the instructions of driver and conductor.
Students are required to appear in Terminal Examinations and Unit Tests conducted every year.

Attendance

Students must be regular in attendance. Minimum 75% attendance is required for promotion.
Leave application counter-signed by parent/guardian must be submitted in advance.
Absence for 6 consecutive days without notice may lead to name being struck off the rolls.
Attendance on the first day after and last day before vacations is compulsory.
Students cannot leave school during working hours unless a parent comes in person.

Disciplinary

Students must not indulge in any sort of disruptive activities.
Any damage to school property will be borne by the parent/guardian of the student concerned.
School reserves the right to take severe action against undisciplinary acts of the student.

For The Parents

Parents must regularly attend the Parent-Teacher Meetings held at school.
Ensure that your ward has all textbooks, stationery items and craft materials.
Ensure that your ward comes to school in proper and neat uniform.
Channel lunch-box, water-bottle etc. to your wards through the school office.
Please intimate change in contact details (address, telephone, email etc.) to the school office.
