Admission

  • Minimum age for admission to class 1st is 6 years at the beginning of the session (i.e. on 1st April of the year 2011).
  • Applications for admission should be made in writing. The school reserves the right to test the child in any or all the subjects. Children along with their parents will be interviewed where necessary, by the Principal.
  • Students who are under transfer from school outside U.P must have their transfer certificates counter signed by the inspector of school of the state concerned.
  • For admission to KG and class I, parents are required to submit a photocopy of the date of birth of their wards issued by a competent authority at the time of registration. For admission to other classes a certificate from the head of the institution where the student is presently studying will have to be produced at the time of registration. T.C. will be required for admission. The copy of the birth certificate must be produced for verification when required.
  • Two passport size photographs are required at the time of registration.
  • Prospectus and application form can be obtained from the school office on payment of Rs. 100. An registration and admission fee of Rs. 2000/-(non refundable) will have to be paid. No registration will be accepted in the classes where are no notified vacancies.
  • The registered applicants will be required to appear for a test and/for interview after which the admission may be granted or refused. The decision of the school authorities will be final as far as grating/refusal of admission is concerned.
  • Selected candidates will have to produce a medical certificate of fitness(physical & mental) from a qualified registered medical practitioner.
  • Parents are requested to give advanced notice of at least a month for the withdrawal of their wards. Otherwise a fee equivalent the transfer certificate.
